Brain Waves Reveal the Complete Process of Meditation

The Relation Between the Three Realms and the Body.

Quite often, different Buddhist and Yogic terms express the same ideas. For example, the world of desire, the astral world and the causal world in Yoga are the same as the realm of desire, the realm of form and the realm of non-form in Buddhism respectively.
The relation between the three realms (the realm of desire, the realm of form and the realm of non-form) and the body can be described as follows: the realm of desire is related to the body, the realm of form to the brain and the realm of non-form to the heart. This can be verified by meditative experiences. As we continue meditation and start experiencing the realm of form, we go info the state called Four Dhyanas (meditative concentration). When we reach these states the workings of the brain are gradually put in order and brain waves became alpha dominant. Finally brain death occurs.

Do we die when brain death occurs, when the brain stops working? The answer is no. Spiritually evolved practitioners do not die as many of my disciples have attested. This is because the nature of our consciousness, its deepest part, exists in the causal, in the heart. When this occurs, our EEG begins to reflect our EKG(Electrocardiogram),though faintly.

Huge Delta Waves Affect Phenomena

When spiritually evolved practitioners visualize something strongly, the brain produces huge delta waves. These delta waves emanate as energy from the whole body through the brain and affect the phenomenal world.
This has been verified by my own experiences. Interestingly, a Russian scientist observed the same thing. The following is the story of his experiment. Genady Sergeyev, neurophysiologist at the Utomskii Institute, in Leningrad, set up the tests in a physiology laboratory. Mikhailova was strapped into an electroencephalograph and cardiograph harness and initial measurements were made of her testing physiology.
Sergeyev discovered that she had a magnetic field surrounding her body that was only ten times less power full than that of the earth itself. At a later date this was confirmed by tests made at the Leningrad Institute of Meteorology. Sergeyev also found that she had an unusual brain-wave pattern, with fifty times more voltage being generating at the back of her head than the front.
The testing began with one of the most difficult and impressive PK (psycho kinesis) demonstrations ever made. A raw egg was broken into saline solution in an aquarium six feet from her, and, with cameras recording every second, Nelya struggled until she was able to separate the while of the egg from the yolk and move the two apart-an act that nobody could ever attribute to hidden strings or magnetic. While the demonstration was taking place, her EEG showed intense emotional excitement. There was great activity in the deeper levels of the reticular formation, which coordinates and filters information in the brain. The cardiogram showed an irregular action of the heart, that confusion between the chambers that is characteristic of great alarm. The pulse soared to 240 beats a minute, four times its normal level, and high percentages of blood sugar were recorded together with other end cranial disturbances all characteristic of a stress reaction. The test lasted thirty minutes, and during this time Nelya lost over two pounds in weight. Her ability to taste was impaired, she had pains in her arms and legs, she felt dizzy, and she starting enough, but at the same demonstration Sergeyev also introduced a new and vitally important instrument. At the moment, it is known only as the Sergeyev Detector, and in principle seems to be similar to one that has recently been used at the University of Saskatchewan. Its basic components are capacitors and a preamplifier connected to a cardiograph, and it is tuned to respond to change in the life field. Sergeyev had the instrument hear Nelya during the laboratory test, and at the exact moments that she seemed to be moving objects with her PK force, he recorded big changes in the electrostatic and magnetic measurements of her field. As she strained to bring her influence to bear, the electrostatic field began to pulse until it was undergoing a regular fluctuation at rate four cycles a second. This turbulence was precisely linked at that moment to the pulse rate of four beats a second and to a heavy theta brain-waves action at the same frequency. The body rhythms seemed to be producing a best that was picked up and amplified by the field around her and concentrated on the spot where her eyes were fixed.
Sergeyev claims that these vibrations in the field act like magnetic waves. The moment these magnetic vibration or waves occur, they cause the object Mrs Mikhailova focuses on , even if it is something non-magnetic, to cat as if magnetized. It causes the object to be attracted to her or repelled from her.

A ware of 4 Hertz is the slowest in the theta frequency band. It is on the threshold of delta frequency band. The reason why waves of less frequencies have more power to move phenomena lies in the potential difference. For example, gamma rhythms, the brain waves of fastest frequencies, have low voltage of 10 to 20 micro volts. That of theta rhythms, however, is 50 to 100 microvolts, which is 2.5 to 10 times greater than gamma rhythms.
There is a principle known as Ohms Law which states that the amount of electric current in a circuit is proportional to the voltage impressed across the circuit. In short,

The greater the resistance, the less current; the greater the voltage, the more current. Therefore, the fact that the voltage is higher means that there is more current, as the resistance stays the same. And the power produced or the work done by current can be stated as follows:
From this we can conclude that the power of theta rhythms is 6.25 to 100 times greater than that of gamma rhythms. I believe that here lies the secret of the power to affect phenomena.
My youngest daughter, who is four years old, produces the potential of 1 millivolt at the frequency of 3.5 Hertz when she visualizes Great Lord Shiva. In comparison, her waves at their highest are 10,000 times more powerful than gamma rhythms.
Incidentally, there is a practice called Dream Yoga in Tibetan Buddhism which was transmitted to Tibet by Tilopa, the founder of the Kagyu lineage. In this practice, one trains oneself to have wakeful consciousness while dreaming. Thus one perceives the reality of things and attains enlightenment. This practice seems to utilize the wakeful state of delta waves obtained by the practice of refuge, purification, offering and so on, which are particular to esoteric Buddhism. Since the power of the brain is measured at approximately 150 microvolts, 225 times greater than gamma rhythms at this point, the power to affect phenomena is naturally great.
The Freemasons also have a secret method of fulfilling wishes. It is generally said that women are advantageous over men in this practice. However, If men are able to practice sexual asceticism, in other words, prevent the emission of semen during the intercourse, they can fulfill their wishes in the same way as women. This method works as follows :when woman reach orgasm a potential of 1 millivolt is produced at the frequency of 4 Hertz. If one is able to concentrate on a wish, the power of thought will be 10,000 times greater than it is should note here, however, that the same waves of 4 Hertz and 1millivolt produced when one visualizes a god and those produced during sexual orgasm have completely different wave shape. In short, an increase of power in a lowly state of mind brings only lowly results. Strong thought in a noble state of mind brings noble results.
When we attain the stage of a Mahayana Bodhisattva, we become free from outside influences and are able to achieve everything at will. As you have seen in Dr. Sergeyevs experiment on PK, when the movement of the heart is synchronized with the brain waves, for example, when our heart rate is 240 beats minute (4 per second), we are able to influence the phenomenal world. The consciousness on the causal dimension appears as the heart rate and that in the astral plane is expressed as brain waves, and finally this influences the phenomenal world. Therefore, when you reach my stage , even though the brain is usually in state of brain death, huge delta waves synchronize with the movement of the heart when I try to affect a phenomenon in a certain direction.

(Master Asahara's EEG waves)

Master Asahara's brain is usually brain dead. When he tries to move phenomena.however, a delta rhythm is produced, which has a high amplitude and is synchronized with the movement of the heart.
