      I am Mahantesh Hongal, have done my Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Dr. K. S. Sharma Collage of Computer Applications, Basaveshwar Nagar, Hubli and passed with First Class. I have done Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Karnatak University (Department of Computer Science) Pawate nager, Dharwad, passed with Distinction.

     I have have been working with Persistent Systems Pvt Ltd, Pune (Maharastra) since January 3, 2005.

     I got two state level prizes, one in essay-writing (‘Kannada Sanskratige Kuvempu Koduge’) competition held at Frank High School, Bangalore and the other one in poem composition (About Lord Ganeshji) held at Mangala Kala Sahitya Vedike, Gangavati (Karnataka). 

     Recently my poems have been selected for printing in the state level poem collection book (Rajja Mattada Kaavyakrati) ‘Pranati’, which will be releasing in the month of September 05 by Aajad Yuva Veechar Veedike, Kalaburgi.
