Design Process...

The firm has made a promise of providing unique designs tailored to our clients need.

Our Design Process covers the following Stages;

Site Studies:

this initial stage includes site investigation and analysis. Soil tests and Preliminary studies of the physical and cultural characteristics of the site.

Preliminary Drawings:

Based on the clients briefs and functions of the proposed project, preliminary drawings

Are made which would be subjected to scrutiny by all professionals involved in our building team. The Client makes further inputs if necessary. A bill of quantities is drawn

Showing all necessary cost involved

Final / Production Drawings:

After all necessary inputs are made, the final drawings are made. It would include, detailed working drawings, structural drawings, electrical drawings, mechanical drawings etc.

Construction and Supervision:

Under proper supervision and ensuring strict compliance to specification and details our building team carries out the final stages of the design process to the finished project.

Issuing of certificates / Handover
