for PSP 9.
MATERIALS NEEDED:

FILTERS NEEDED
Filter Simple
THE COLOR PALETTE
Change the foreground
color to #901a30,
background to
#042d1b.
Change the foreground to a
gold pattern.
Open a new transparent
canvas, 600 x 450 pixels.
Fill with the background
color.
Selections --> Select All.
Add a new layer.
Open the '39'- image.
Adjust --> Hue and
Saturation --> Colorize:
108 255.
Copy the image and paste
it into the selection on
the canvas.
Reduce the layer's opacity
to 40%
in the Layers palette.
Selections --> Select
None.
Copy and paste the tube
'tekst_goud' onto the
canvas.
Drag it to the top left.
Layer opacity on 52.
Copy and paste the tube
'stilleven' onto the
canvas.
Shift it to the left. (
see example).
Copy and paste the tube
'kaars'onto the canvas.
Image --> resize 60% -
'Resize All Layers' not
checked.
Position it next to the
stillife.
Layers --> Merge --> Merge
All.
Copy and paste the tube
'kerstgedichtje' onto the
canvas.
Arrange it next to the
stillife.
Layers --> Merge --> Merge
All.
Selections --> Select All.
Effects --> 3D Effects -->
Cutout:
H & V - 0
Opacity - 100
Blur - 15
Color - #bfc6d9
Selections --> Select
None.
*Image --> Add Border: 1
pixel white.
Select with the Magic Wand
and fill with the gold
pattern.
Selections --> Select
None.
Image --> Add Borders: 5
pixels background color.
Image --> Add Borders: 1
pixel white.
Select with the Magic Wand
and fill with the gold
pattern.
Selections --> Select
None.*
Image --> Add Borders -->
20 pixels background
color.
Change the background
color in the Color palette
to gradient:
Style - linear
Angle - 35
Repeats - 6
Fill the border with it.
Selections --> Select
None.
Repeat from * to *.
Copy and paste the corner
accent onto the canvas.
Apply a drop shadow:
V & H - 2
Opacity - 50
Blur - 6.
Arrange it in the top left
border edge.
Filter Simple: Top Left
Mirror.
Layers --> Merge --> Merge
All.
Add your name or
watermark.
You are ready to animate
it now if like! :)
