MATERIALS NEEDED:

Download here.

Filter Unlimited - Paper texture
Gold pattern

THE COLOR PALETTE
Change the foreground color to #e9968e
Background to #a3b8d7

Open the zipped images in PSP and minimize them.
( Remember to save them in a folder of your choice :-)

Open a transparent canvas, 600 x 400.
Fill with the background color.

Copy and paste the tube 'Aimelle' onto the canvas.
Image --> Resize:  90%
Move it to the right.
Layers --> Duplicate
Image --> Mirror
Move it to the left ( see example)
Copy and paste the beach image onto the canvas.
Image --> Resize: 80%

Copy and paste the tube 'walk on the beach' onto the canvas.
Image --> Resize: 75%
Position it to the left.
Make sure the horizon forms a straight line with
the other tubes.
Copy and paste the setting sun image onto the canvas.
Position it in the middle of the canvas.
Make sure the horizon flows evenly in a line
with the other images.
Layers --> Merge --> Merge All


Filters Unlimited --> Paper Texture:
Canvas fine - top slidebar on 58
Selections --> Select None.
Effects --> 3D Effects --> Cutout:
H & V 0
Opacity 100
Blur 15.00
Color black
Selections --> Select None.


Change the foreground color to gold pattern.
* Image --> Add Borders: 1 px white.
Select with the Magic Wand and fill with the gold pattern.
Add border: 5 pixel background color.
Add border: 1 pixel white.
Select with the Magic Wand again and fill with gold.
Selections --> Select None.*

Add Border: 25 pixels background color.
Select with the Magic Wand.
Filter XE Xtras -Elemental Water - Bleu Mid Da
Shift the opacity - slidebar to 0.
Click 'ok'.
Effects --> Edge Effects --> Enhance.
Repeat 1x.

Effects --> 3D Effects --> Inner Bevel:
Bevel 2
Width 13
Smoothness 16
Depth 3
Ambiance 0
Shinniness 0
Angle 315
Intensity 44
Elevation 33
Color white.

Selections --> Select None.
Repeat the steps between
 * and *

Repeat it once more.

Change the foreground color to #e9968e
Activate the Text tool
and choose a nice font.
Jeanne used 'Freestyle Script', size 48.
Type the text onto the image.
Apply a drop shadow.
Add your watermark,
Merge all layers.
Save.
