MATERIALS NEEDED:
Download the supplies here.

THE COLOR PALETTE
Foreground color  on #141420
Background color on gold pattern

Open a canvas, 500 x 350 pixels.
Fill with the foreground color.

Copy and paste the tube 'earth' onto the canvas.
Shift it slightly to the top.

*Copy the tube 'sterretje' (starlet) and
paste it above the earth globe.
Image --> Resize 50%
Layers --> Duplicate
Position this starlet somewhere else*
Repeat it a few times.
Copy and paste the tube 'hande'(hands) onto the canvas.

Drag it below the earth(see example)
Reduce the layer's opacity to 84% in the Layers palette.
Lock the bottom 3 layers.
Layers --> Merge Visible..
Apply a drop shadow:
H & Vert. 2
Opacity 50
Blur 12
Color white
Unlock the 3 layers again
Merge all layers.

Invert the foreground- and background colors.
Foreground color must be gold now.
Activate the Text tool, font' Thickhead', size 28,
to add some text to the canvas.
Apply a drop shadow:
H & V 2
Opacity 50
Blur 12
Color white
Merge all layers
Selections --> Select All

Effects--> 3D --> Effects - Cutout
H & V 0
Opacity 100
Blur 15
Color white
Repeat 1x
Deselect.

*Image --> Add borders: 2 pixels red
Select with the Magic Wand and fill with gold.
Deselect.

Add border: 5 pixels background color
Add border: 2 pixels red
Select with the Magic Wand and fill with gold.
Deselect.*
Add border: 20 pixels background color
Select with the Magic Wand

Effects --> Texture Effects --> Mosaiek-Antique
Effects --> 3D Effects --> Inner Bevel:
Bevel 2
Width 15
Smoothness 5
Depth 5
Ambiance 5
Shinniness 30
Angle 315
Intensity 26
Elevation 55
Color white
Repeat the steps between * and *.

Copy and paste the tube 'hoekje' onto the canvas
Layers --> Duplicate
Image --> Mirror

Layers --> Duplicate
Image --> Mirror

Layers --> Duplicate
Image --> Mirror
Merge all layers.


Add your watermark or name
and you're done!
