MATERIALS NEEDED:
Download the supplies here.

Filter Screenworks - Pinhole


Save the gold pattern in your PSP Patterns file.
The text- and bell tubes can be saved as Brushes.
Click on the image in PSP.
Go to File --> Export --> Brush
Give it the same file name as the tube name.
If you open your Brush Tool afterwards
you will find them there.
Otherwise, just open them in PSP.



Set the foreground color to white and change it
to the gold pattern
Background color on #800000
Change the background to gradient:
Style Rectangular
Angle 0
Repeats  7
Invert checked


Open a new canvas, 600 x 450.
Fill with the background color.

Copy and paste the text tube onto the canvas.
Shift it to the bottom right.
( If you have exported it to your Brushes instead, you can
just activate the Brush tool and apply the brush in the top right corner of the canvas.


Layers --> Merge --> Merge All.
Selections --> Select All.
Copy and paste the tube 'Nadine kerst06' into the selection.
Selectoins --> Select None.
Copy and paste the 'kloktube' onto the canvas.
Shift it to the top left.

(If you have added it to the Brushes, just apply
it to the top left area of the canvas).

Copy and paste the tube champagne onto the canvas.
Position in the bottom right area(see example).
Layers --> New Raster layer.

Activate the Text tool and find a nice font.
Jeanne used 'Violet', size 36.
Arrange the text where you like it.
Add a drop shadow:
H & V  2
Opacity 70
Blur 3
Color black

Merge all layers.
Selections --> Select All.
Selections --> Modify by 20.
Effects --> 3D Effects --> Cutout
H and V 0
Opacity 100
Blur 25
Color black

Selections --> Invert
Add a new layer.
Fill with the gradient.
Selections --> Select None.

Image --> Add Borders: 2 pixels white.
Select with the Magic Wand
Fill with the gold pattern
Filter Screenworks - Pinhole
Selections --> Select None.

Add border: 20 pixels white
Select with the Magic Wand
Add a new layer
Fill with the gradient
Selections --> Select None

Add border: 2 pixels white.
Select with the Magic Wand
Fill with the gold pattern
Filter screenwork - Pinhole
Selections --> Select None.

Add your watermark or name.
