American Tourist Killed by Swiss Bungy Jump
An American tourist was last weekend very tragically killed in the Swiss Alps when doing the bungy jump of his life time. What he did not know was that it was a "once in a life time experience". The Swiss adventure tour team took the American up in the cabin and halfway to the top they made a stop in order to perform a breathtaking jump from extreme hights. Unfortunately the crew attached the wrong line, the longer one, to the mans feet. He fell without any speed reduction at all towards the ground where he head first plunged down with full power. He died instantly. Extremely tragic and in chock the swiss organizers now faces trial.
Inline Skater to Prison
A Swiss female inline skater was stopped by the police when skating on the street, in a car lane at midnight a few months ago. The police forced the woman to the ground and a fight started. When trying to stop the woman the police grabbed her and she claims this caused her to "panic". She started to resist and scream. Violently she kicked the patrol car with her in-line skate causing a dent on it. The law enforcer then tryed to force her to the ground. Her response to this action was to bite one of the policemen in his finger. With his bleeding finger the officer started to pound the womans face with his fist while the other officer body searched her for her identification papers. The woman now goes to prison for one month for violent resistance. It is still for the Swiss justice to decide wether it is legal or not to skate on the streets of Z�rich or not...but that is another story...
