REPRODUCTIVE METHOD: Single gender egg layers using a paralyzed host, preferably one of high intelligence, body for the eggs. The Magog "parent" then watches over the host for the time it takes for its young to hatch and eat their way out of the host organism, which in the process dies a slow, agonizing death. The resulting Magog young contain small amounts of DNA from the host as well as the Magog parent. The rate at which Magog offspring grow to physical adulthood is believed to be a function of how much food is available to the young. 

HABITAT: Mostly class 3 planets 

FOOD & FEEDING: Carnivores, preferably live 

BEHAVIOR: Extremely cunning, aggressive 

LONGEVITY: unknown 

APPEARANCE: Coarse-furred bipeds with horns on the face, taloned fingers 

ESTIMATED CURRENT POPULATION: unknown 

SPECIAL QUALITIES:
