The Magnolia Revue was conceived in Clarksdale,Mississippi and born five miles away on the same plantation that was the midwife to it's siblings, most of the Blues greats,icons,legends such as Muddy Waters, Howlin' 'Wolf, Sonnyboy Williamson,Herman "Little Junior" Parker, Little Walter, John Lee Hooker,Sam"Mr. Smooth" Cooke, Jerry "The Iceman" Butler, Oliver Sain,Sunhouse and of course Ike Turner. |
