This is the roof line of Himeji Castle.  There are over 700 different roofing tiles used on these buildings.  The round end tiles had leaves, flowers, seeds...many varieties.  Very pretty.

This is one of the toilets in Himeji castle...not for the visitors of course...for the prior residents.  Inside plumbing...way back then!
