Barbara Christopher
Barbara Christopher always dreamed of being a writer. As a child, when the family went on trips, she would catch glimpses of the people in their yards or on their porches and wonder, "What if...", and create stories about these strangers. As an adult, she put her dreams on hold until 1990 when she discovered the River City Romance Writers Chapter. Although writing is her first love, she sings in the church choir, directs the children's choir and is an active member of the Bartlett Historical Society. She is secretary of the bowling league, in which she bowls, she is a red belt in Taekwondo and she works two days a week doing the bookkeeping for a photography studio. When people ask her how she finds time to write, she answers: "It's my first love, there is always time to write."
