| Wizard Pot pie |
| Filling |
| 2 tbsp olive oil 2 medium onions, minced 2-3 celery stalks, minced 1 1/2 cups of frozen corn Absoluty, positivly NO PEAS, Wizards dont like them very much 7 carrots peeled, sliced and cooked 2 medium potatoes peeled,cubed and cooked 4-5 cups of diced cooked chicken 4 tbls of sweet butter 3 cups of chicken stock 1/2 cup all purpose flour |

| 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup frozen sweet butter cut into small chunks 1/4 cup vegetable shortning 7-8 tsp of ice water flour for rolling out dough 1 egg lightly beaten |
| Step 1: In a skillet, saut'e onions and celery in oil for 5-8 minuets over medium heat until soft.Combine onions,celery,corn,carrots,potatoes and chicken in a lage bowl and set aside.In a large sauce pan melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook 2-3 minuets.Slowly whisk in stock untill smooth.Bring gravy to a boil, whisking canstantly, then reduce to a simmer, stirring occasianally for 5 minuets. Add salt to taste, Pour gravy over chicken and vegetables. When ready to bake, levitate into your pans. (say: wingardium leviosa) |
| Step 2: In the bowl of a food processer fitted with a metal blade, pluse the flour,salt,butter and shortning until the mix resembles coarse meal, sprinkle with water and pulse until the dough starts to come together.Becareful NOT to let the dough form a ball. Remove dough and press into a rectangle, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. |
| Step 3: Roll dough on a floured surface into a 14x10 rectangle shape.Line the insides of tins with dough.Spoon in your filling and place dough on top. cut slits on top. (you might need more dough,Just follow the recipe over again) With extra dough cut out bat shapes and snakes ,lightly brush on egg and place shapes on top. |
| Step 4: Place tins on cookie sheet to catch drippings.Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.Bake for 35-45 minuets or untill crust turns a lovely golden brown!Serve with you favorite bread |
