500 b.c. Hippocrates was one of the first and most influential physicians. This greek philosopher had many a-not-so-great-idea in the way of headache remedies. One of which was drilling a hole in the sufferer's head to let out noxious fumes. Another was vomitting until the pain ended. |

Then, one day Hippocrates was doing his Hippocrates thing, when he decided to chew some willow bark, which to his surprise cured him of his aches and pains. |
