Jan. – Aug. 91 Participated in two seismic retrofit projects in California. Conducted the dynamic analysis of the Second Street Bridge over Marine Stadium and the Long Beach Freeway Bridge over Los Angeles River. The projects were completed for the Los Angeles County, Department of Public Works, Alhambra, California.
Jan. – Dec. 89 Designed structures using reinforced concrete as the main building material. Wrote spreadsheet programs for design of concrete members as well as for timber and masonry members. All works done at Edward Silver & Assoc., California, USA.
Sep. 86 – Jul. 87 Analyzed high-rise buildings using commercial software packages. Designed public and commercial buildings utilizing different wood, steel and reinforced concrete codes. Checked shop drawings. Investigated on-site problems on masonry, concrete, and steel buildings. All works done at Souza, True and Partners, Inc., Mass., USA.
Feb. 84 – Jul. 87 Took full responsibilities of handling all data preparation and space modifications of all buildings on the University of Rhode Island campus. Created computer programs for the property department's usage.
