| Serve 2-3 persons |
| 1. Mix sweet potato flour with water and sift away the hard particles. 2. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan. 3. Add the mixed sweet potato flour into pan then follow by the beaten eggs. 4. Add (YongJi) otak paste in. 5. Cook in medium heat till golden brown. 6. Flip over the omelette and heat it till cooked. 7. Sprinkle some fish sauce to taste. 8. Garnish with green celery & spring onions. |
