| INGREDIENTS (serves for 4-6 person) Wanton Skin 30 pcs Yongji Otak Paste 1 box METHOD 1. Defrost the Otak paste, place in a bowl and mix well. 2. Place a spoonful of Otak into the centre of the wanton skin and roll or fold into desired shape. Be sure to wet the edges and pinch them together so there will be no leakage of filling. 3. Heat oil in wok. Place Otak Wanton into wok and deep fry until golden brown. Remove from wok. 4. Serve hot with cucumber slices, tomatoes and chilli sauce. NEXT WEEK SPECIAL : OTAK OMELETTE (2) |
