| A New Millenium...A New Life January, 2000 - Things are not too happy in the marital household, thinking of moving back in with Mommy. Also have taken an unhealthy interest in the Mafia, books about the real-life Mafia and Mafia movies, consider putting mob hit on mother-in-law. February 1, 2000 - I get into bad car accident, was unhurt but solves the above problem, break up with now ex, I stay at Nancy's for a few days before finally moving back home with Mommy :D. February 7, 2000 - Mom suggests that I try going into a chatroom to help me forget the traumatic three years i have just spent living with Satan and the Spawn of Satan (my ex). I follow that advice by going into (lo and behold) .a Yahoo! chatroom :O! It's not quite where I am today (not Movies one), but the start of my new life is materializing.... March, 2000 - I move into my first apartment :D yay me!!! March 29, 2000 - The mistake made on May 3, 1997 was rectified!!! FREE AT LAST, FREE AT LAST...THANK GOD ALMIGHTY........yadda yadda yadda :D. March 30, 2000 - Announcement made, I get more congrats on the divorce than I did for the wedding :P. Spring and Summer, 2000 - Watch lots of movies at the theater and at home, my favorites are Mafia movies (naturally) and I want to discuss them so I discover AOL chatrooms, become a semi-regular in their Movie Madness chatroom, saw Russell Crowe's Gladiator in July mmmm....get sudden urge to move to Australia hehe...ok so WHO CARES if he's from New Zealand originally...sheesh! September, 2000 - Become bored with AOL chat, turn on my Yahoo messenger once again....wander into the Movies:1 chatroom under the id SaturnGirl94 to talk movies...was pretty much invisible in the room. but I really wanted to discuss Mafia movies e.g. GoodFellas and The Godfather so the ID mafia_boss_lady was born and people took notice! October, 2000 - Created the ID the_linda_blair_witch_project in honour of Halloween, The Exorcist (the version we haven't seen :P) and Blair Witch Project 2. Met AJ and Nicole who were the first people to talk to me in chat regularly :D. I eventually stop using this ID because of a stalker and I eventually started using the Boss Lady ID full-time. November, 2000 - I am now a regular in Yahoo's Movies:1 chatroom where we discuss anything but movies (I learned my lesson, yeah!) and met some more wonderful freinds, including Sammy Sis, Belinda Sis, Tim, Amy, Soul Man, Johnny, Michelle, Elisa, Rhoda, Darthy, Chriss my B-day Sis, Levi, Manda and so on (sorry if I forgot anyone I knew back then!)... and also I met Stewart aka demonoidknight :D, who became one of my best friends online. December, 2000 - We find out that Stewart is from Australia, Chriss and I beg him to talk on voice chat as we both drool over Aussie accents (thanks to Russell Crowe :P). Enjoy first Christmas with my new Yahoo friends :D! January, 2001 - Join the ever dysfunctional, always loving online family*...giving me my wonderful sisters Sammy and Belinda, brother James, sister Rhoda, brother and cousin Stewart , perverted Uncle Kersty and the poodle Mafia, I also inherit children :O (Nicole, Levi, Trin - please don't be offended because I didn't mention you if you are my child reading this...this is who my kids were back then) and neices and nephews (Femmy, Heather, Jesse, Trav)!!!!!!!!!!!! *Family Tree is forthcoming LOL, if my daughter Chez ever got done with it lol.... **Disclaimer: I don't have biological children heehee :D February, 2001 - Create ID mafia_angel_1969 cos I am sweet and innocent and angelic dammit! Stewart has doubts about my innocence and angelicness, hence the beginning of the Status Message Wars. The next day I create an alternate ID: demonic_mafia_angel and PM Stewart saying "well is this more like it???" no surprise at all that he said "yes" :P. March 15, 2001 - My online Auntie Jen gets everyone to take a bunch of personality tests at www.emode.com that nite, taking the Passion Predictor Test....interesting results :D. March 19, 2001 - Stewart and I start to become close to my surprise :D. April 3, 2001 - Consider taking trip to Australia. April 8, 2001 - Decided to go to Australia to meet Stewart and Sammy Sis...I am so excited about meeting my first chat friends from Yahoo!!!! June 2,2001 - Take off for Australia!!!! Left Chicago, IL USA @ 7 pm CDT and arrived Rockhampton, QLD Australia @ 4:45 pm on June 4th....had the flight(s) from hell details in my Aussie page. Met my first chat friend, Stewart :D! |
