Training
Coordinator Design, organize and conduct training classes
on all Microsoft Office products, general office user techniques and
etiquette, Telephones, Internet, and Web Development and any area of training
requested by Personnel. Develop training manuals for new software
applications. Conduct and develop continuing education classes. Develop
incentive programs to encourage participation in continuing education.
Develop Computer Based Training. Devise and implement criteria for evaluation
of effectiveness of training. Create and conduct follow‑up exercises

conversion process from Word Perfect in DOS to Word in Windows. Supervise staff of four to convert over
