| What started out as a dream, is now a reality. We are finally out of MMS and are in a place we can call home...Madison Crossing. At first no one wanted to separate from their friends at MMS, but moving was worth it. I have made many new friends here at Crossing, and I will be losing 3 this summer: Ashley, Sara Lyn, and AJ. I am gunna miss you so much! I might even be losing Katie and Soleil due to the location! Ms. Crane is the one who has helped me the most. She is my PA teacher, writing teacher, and art/computer teacher. She taught me a lot in art. I knew a little, but i improved a lot, excpet for my deformed child i drew. She also helped in computer because I knew nothing, but ended up getting the computer award. She also helped me preparing for the ACT test, even though I did not take it. Lastly, she helped me in my first year of PA in middle school. Thank you again for taking us to Sea Camp!! We ALL appreciate it!!! Anyway, she has helped massivley and she is the best teacher I have probably ever had! Ms. Crane has also given us the best field trip we could have ever had!! Sea Camp! Sea Camp was located in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, and withstood Katrina. We learned a lot about Marine Biology and the ocean life. On our our second day, we went out the barrier island of Ship Island and walked along the egde of the island. We also dissected suid on the last day...GROSS!!!!!! I would NOT touch it at ALL!! Ms. Allen, the eatsern hemishpere teacher, has also been a big help. She started off sour, but ended up sweet. She is a very nice teacher and teaches a lot. The notes in her class are numerous, but thats how we all make good grades in her class. Ms. Servov, now Mrs. Davis, was also a favorite teacher. She was a very nice and exciting person. she had a wild and crazy personailty, which made learning fun. Everyone likes her because she is a great teacher. Mrs. Godfrey was my prealgebra teacher and she helped me a alot in math. I am not very good at math, but with her help, I am well enough to go to Algebra 1. Mrs. Evans is last, but certainly not least. She is a very seet teacher and makes english fun. She gets irritable when you don't do as asked, but, hey, who doesn't?! She is a great English teacher and she will always be a favorite to me. My friends have made a BIG impact on the first year here. I didn't know that many people that came over, but it's as if we've known each other for ever now. |
