HALLOWEEN REFERENCES IN THE FILM SCREAM

Scream has several references to HalloweeN in it. Anything from showing footage from Halloween to mentioning HalloweeN. Also there are a few scenes that closely replicate actions done in HalloweeN such as the scene where the killer pops up out of the back seat of the car and grabs hold of Sidney. Kind of how Myers pops out of the back seat and strangles Annie.

  If your familiar with HalloweeN, you will notice some of the scenes that were shown in Scream were out of sequence. Take the last pic shown...He stopped the tape right where Myers holds up the knife for the bob death scene. The "Bob death" scene already took place before the tape is stopped. So when they show the tape stopped w/ Myers hand in the air like in the last pic....that scene already took place earlier. Anyway, here's some pics from Scream where HalloweeN is featured.
