The Myers House: A different place every film!

Over the span of six (soon to be seven movies involving Michael Myers) the Myers house has changed considerably.  Even though it is supposed to be the same house, the "powers that be" didn't think about putting some money into the films on order to eliminate some continuity problems. This page is dedicated to these different homes and a brief photographic record of each house.  Remember that the Myers home doesn't appear in Halloween IV or Halloween H20 and that the same house was used in Halloween & Halloween II.  In Halloween: Resurrection the filmmakers rebuilt the house to resemble the original as closely as possible.

The Myers house in Halloween/Halloween II, the Myers house in Halloween V , the Myers house in Halloween VI and the Myers house as it appears in Halloween: Resurrection.

The most recognizable site in South Pasadena is the Myers' house. You'll remember it from the opening scene of the movie, where a young Michael Myers murders his sister after she makes love to her boyfriend.

The house was empty & abandoned at the time the producers used it in the film. Since then, it has been moved to the other side of the street, and now serves as a chiropractor's office (the Alegria Chiropractic Center).
