About Training Classes
The goal is to teach you to train your dog to be the
companion you want. Everyone's needs are unique, and so the style of training
should be unique. This can help you build the confidence of a shy
dog; tone down the exuberance of a hyperactive or feisty dog; teach your
dog to behave around other dogs and people; prevent and solve annoying
problems such as jumping up, pulling on leash, or getting into the garbage;
and of course the fundamentals of obedience. Training should
be a fun and rewarding experience for both you and your dog. There must be a mutual bond of trust and respect between you and your
dog in order to get the most enjoyment and fulfillment from your relationship
together.
Classes should be small, allowing you maximum personal attention.
Gentle, innovative and positive reinforcement methods.
Classes should be indoors in a
pleasant and comfortable environment.
Locations should be convenient
with easy parking.
Your dog is a family
pet, and therefore the entire family can, and should be involved in training.
Your family should be welcome and the entire family encouraged to attend
classes.
More than Dog Training.
It's people training. It's behavior training.
It's relaxed and it's fun!
