I grew up in Visakhapatnam (aka Vizag), a coastal city in the South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh known for its beautiful beaches, scenic locales and busy industries. It�s otherwise called the City of Destiny and there couldn�t have been a more apt nickname. It�s the most beautiful place I have ever been to and enjoyed living in.
When I am not working, I like to shut my mind off and do nothing. A novel with an interesting plot is something I cannot resist. One such novel which I read a number of times is Erich Segal�s Prizes. The book interests me because it takes an intimate look into the lives of scientists and showcases their struggle in reaching scientific success.
I also like listening to music especially the instruments with strings. Though I wouldn�t describe myself a movie buff, I like watching movies, especially those based on sports. I prefer those in which an underdog comes from behind to win in the end. Probably it is my belief that success is the most satisfying feeling which endears me to such movies.
