Read about the five decades of radioactive and
nonradioactive hazardous, toxic contamination of the
Santa Susana Mountain Range and it's surrounding lands:
Susana Knolls, Chatsworth, Simi Hills, San Fernando
Valley, Box and Bell Canyon, Corriganville, Sage and
Parker Ranches among others. PLUTONIUM, PERCHLORATE, STRONTIUM-90, CESIUM-137, RADIOACTIVE TRITIUM, TRICHLOROETHYLENE, HEXAVALENT CHROMIUM, BERYLLIUM, MERCURY, BENZENE,
AND MORE toxic materials were used
onsite at the Rocketdyne/Boeing Santa Susana
Field Lab, and have been discovered offsite as far west
in Simi as Casarin Street at the present time. Read HOT

by learning about the contamination and radiation
poisoning that has killed more than one quarter of
Rocketdyne Workers from cancer as a direct result of
inhaling and ingesting radioactive particulates onsite at
the open field lab as according to the UCLA Rocketdyne
Worker Study published in 1997. Learn by reading
these investigative pieces, that although Rocketdyne/
Boeing spokespersons state that there has been no nuclear
work since 1988, that TWO NUCLEAR PHYSICISTS, Otto Heiney and Larry Pugh, were Killed, and an engineering
technician was permanetly disabled during the illegal burning of spent
radioactive fuel in July, 1994. Become aware of the fact
that the FBI investigated and prosecuted Rocketdyne et al
in 1996 and that Rocketdyne officals Pleaded Guilty to Criminal Charges of Illegal Handling, Storage, and Disposal of Nuclear Hazardous and
nonradioactive, carcinogenic, hazardous, toxic wastes such as those
listed above, including
Hydrazine.
Lung, liver, brain,
bladder, thyroid, and kidney cancers as well as fetal
impairment, coma, death, lymphoma, and leukemia, among
other diseases linked to the Santa Susana Field Labs'
decades of radiation poisoning discovered in the soil,

public record by reveiw of the UCLA Rocketdyne Worker
Health Study: Taxpayer Dollars are involved in
the funding of this study the Results of which were
Withheld from Taxpayers and Residents of the surrounding
communities by the California Department of Health Services.
Become aware of
the fact that persons injured by the cumulative
effects of radiation poisoning have been denied justice
because their cases regarding personal injury caused by
Rocketdyne/Boeing illegal activies have been dismissed by
the United States District Court, Region IX, as the court
ruled in favor of these toxic polluters' statute of
limitations defenses, 27 March, 2000, and recently
dismissed the class action suit, O'CONNOR VS. BOEING et
al, 10 July, 2000, which may have impacted more than 300
(three hundred) personal injury and wrongful death claims
filed by residents of the Santa Susana Field Lab's
surrounding communities and by persons living at sites
adjacent to the OPEN FIELD LAB.
Contaminated water

Opinions and Rulings Guarantee a Future of Denial and No History "Fraud Amongst Worst of the 'F' Words Followed Closely by Fallout"
Never do your homework. Never read. Never research. Above all else, Never start to learn about anything by looking it up in a dictionary or encyclopaedia. Rely upon snippets of gossip and fragments of information from acquaintances whom also have never read, studied, or done their homework for your education. Know and internalize the drill and adopt it as a personal mantra: Other peoples' money, Other peoples' experience, Other peoples' work, Other peoples' decades of time and energy invested into community, culture, and history. Complain loudly about government intrusion and its rules, regulations, and guidelines, and then demand that legislators, state, local, and federal agencies protect quality of life, human, and civil rights, freedom, and civil liberties. If you catch your children reading, clutch them and hold them closely to yourself and escape to the nearest mall and buy lots of shiny new stuff. Realize that 'Book' as well as 'Read' are truly 'four letter words'; this fact has taught me that I have wasted the years of my life reading and studying, and that I can not, in good conscience, ever recommend education to anyone at anytime. I didn't know that I shouldn't read or study books during the prior decades of my life until there was corporate approval of the histories and materials I foolishly chose decades earlier to research. Since one never has a history of business with the corporation, however shall one know what is approved and required reading material without a crystal ball and requisite list provided by same demanding such unknown study? No thanks. Just say 'NO' to medical history and 'NO' to documented research science, world history, literature, and an emphatic 'No Way' to works and biographies produced by the world's great minds published before today. An interesting example is the fact that any fool who has read Hedy Lamarr's book, 'Ecstasy and Me' many years ago and is able to rise above the bookselling 'sexcapades', realizes the abject poverty, deprivation, and degradation to which this great American patriot was subjected to during her lifetime after her great works during WWII, known as frequency hopping, U.S. Patent # 2,292,387. One should acknowledge cell phones as 'Hedy Sets'. However,
No
government agency or corporate recipient benefitting from her work was there to support her or lift her from her utter humiliation, nor was she compensated financially, although many monies are still acquired because of her brilliant contributions. Thus, best source of information one needs is available in a quick television commercial which also provides ample opportunity to talk right through it on the way out the door to go buy some more shiny new stuff. I since have learned from the school of hard knocks that ignorance is bliss and a guarantee of health, prosperity, and all rights. Hotsheets / Hot Times

Corporal Daniel Felkins Memorial Groups Intend to Sue Over DOE Rocketdyne Cleanup Effort From staff reports
20 July, 2004
Two public health groups Monday notified the Department of Energy they intend to sue the agency for violating federal environmental laws in its ongoing effort to clean up Rocketdyne's Santa Susana Field Laboratory near Simi Valley.
The Natural Resources Defense Council and Committee to Bridge the Gap charge that the agency's cleanup plan for the site, where various U.S. agencies conducted nuclear research over four decades, would leave dangerous levels of radioactive tritium; the solvent trichloroethylene; perchlorate, a chemical used in rocket fuel; and other toxic chemicals and radioactive material that pose a threat to public health.
The Department of Energy now has 60 days to comply with the law in its cleanup effort or the Defense Council and Bridge the Gap will file a lawsuit. The groups specifically charge that the agency is in violation of the National Environmental Protection Act; Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act; and the Endangered Species Act.
DOE, NASA and the Defense Department had held nuclear experiments dating back to the 1950s at the Santa Susana Field Laboratory, which included a plutonium fuel fabrication facility, a facility for cutting up irradiated nuclear fuel, and about 10 nuclear reactors, one of which experienced a partial meltdown.
Late last year, the Environmental Protection Agency determined the Department of Energy's cleanup efforts at the site will leave too much radioactivity in place to meet federal standards for unrestricted land use.
Department of Energy officials disputed the allegations.
"The Department of Energy is making good progress cleaning up the Energy Technology Engineering Center site in an environmentally safe and sound manner," spokesman John Belluardo said.
He said the agency would have no additional comment, pending further review of the letter.
