The final accessory is the AC compressor. It attaches to its bracket with 4 bolts, the first two can be seen here. There are another two in the exact same positions on the top. |

With the compressor removed and set aside, I then removed the bracket itself. There are three bolts holding the bracket to the block on the side, the third is a bit hidden to the rear of the bracket as is shown to the right. There are also 4 bolts holding the bracket on the front of the engine. One I couldn't find, so I actually left the bracket attached at this point. |

I moved on to removing the valve cover, taking off the hoses and other connectors, making note of where each one went. |

Finally I had the valve cover off. |
