Now I removed the single bolt on the front of the power steering bracket that attaches it to the block as well as the three that attach it on the side.
The shot to the right shows the upper rear of these three bolts.  The one in the front also was the ground connection for the alternator in my engine.

I removed one of the power steering hoses, but I probably didn't need to and it spilled a lot of power steering fluid so I would recommend against it.
Finally I removed the two bolts holding the power steering pump to the Y bracket.  Here is where the front bolt attaches, there is another one behind the pump.  With this removed, I could set the power steering pump aside in the engine bay.
