Snow Lodge

Chapter 3

Brian felt like everything was spinning as he was moved through the cabin, he stumbled a few times, but strong arms wrapped around his waist and held him upright. He groaned as he felt himself being put onto a soft bed before falling silent again.

The man stood at the side of him and ran his hand across Brian's forehead and through his sandy curls, feeling the heat coming off of his friend. He made sure Brian was on his side, in case he was sick, before leaving the room.

He moved across the hall into the bathroom and was pleased to find a shower unit in there he smiled and then went back into Brian's room.

"C'mon Rok. Upsey daisy." He told Brian, unbuttoning his shirt and trying to take it off of him. He pulled Brian upright and slipped it off of his shoulders before pulling his T-short off as well. He laid Brian back down and attempted to take off Brian's pants. After struggling for a few moments he managed to get Brian stripped down to his boxers and again tried to lift him. He groaned under the weight of his friend as he slowly managed to move him into the bathroom.

Once there, he sat Brian down on the toilet seat, hoping he wouldn't fall off, before turning around and starting the shower. Making sure it was nice and cold, he stood Brian up and pushed him under the spray.

Brian cried out in shock as the cold water beat down on his body, bringing him back to full consciousness with a shock. He stumbled as he tried to get away from the cold water, and found himself falling. He yelped and tried to keep his balance, but the slippery floor of the shower and his alcohol induced lack of co-ordination meant that he failed. Just before his head hit the wall, a pair of strong arms wrapped around him and stopped him.

"Shit. That's fucking cold." A voice said, before one of the arms released Brian's waist and reached up to shut off the water.

Brian shivered, his body frozen, and he felt himself being pulled back into the other person's body. He was confused, he didn't remember leaving the other room. Suddenly he realised that he was being held up by someone. Where had they come from? He hadn't told anyone he was here. No one knew about this place. So who the hell was holding him up then?

Somewhat unsteadily, Brian straightened up and slowly turned around. The arms around him relaxed, but stayed on his hips, just in case.

Blue eyes met brown as Brian blinked the water out of his eyes.

There, in front of him, fully clothed and soaking wet, was the last person he would have thought he would find.
