AJ woke up the next morning the same way as he did yesterday with Alexanderia poking him with her little fingers.  He didn't open his eyes but a smile came on his face.  Alexanderia saw that AJ didn't open his eyes so she pulled on his nose.  This causes AJ to jump up.  Howie couldn't help but laugh at the sight.

"That wasn't funny D."

"Oh yes it was, now you know better.  Come on Alexanderia let's get something to eat while Daddy gets dressed."  Howie and Alexanderia walked out the room laughing.

Once they got to rehearsal Kevin inform them that the woman that would be taking care of Alexanderia will be there around one.  

"Okay guys get into your places and Alexanderia way don't you stand next to your Daddy and dance along with us," said Fatima with a smile on her face.  

When those left Fatima's mouth Alexanderia didn't know what to do.  She thought that she would just sit in the chair again because she had a lot of fun watching.  But dancing with them was a lot better.  Alexanderia ran to the spot next to AJ but before she did that she hugged Fatima.

"Oh thank you sweetie."

Howie and AJ looked at each and had a smile on their face, because they both knew that was the first time she did anything where no one had to convince her to do it, she did it on her own free will.

The words to Get Another Boyfriend came on and they began to dance.  Alexanderia tried to copy their movements but there is only so much her little legs could do.  But that didn't stop her from trying.

Every now and then Howie would look across and she her dancing and her couldn't stop himself from smiling because of the look of concentration and effort on her face.  Maybe he and AJ should think about getting her dancing lessons if she this interested.

Howie wasn't the only one looking at Alexanderia the rest of the guys were as well.  Brian thought to himself 'she's a better dancer than me' which cause him to laugh a little.  

AJ kept looking down at her everyday she seems to amaze him at what she could do.  Sometimes it's the little things like trying to make her bed or putting away her toys.  The question that really was bothering him he really to know if she was happy.  Maybe she wasn't talking because she's not happy that she is living with him and Howie.  AJ was brought out of his thoughts by Fatima's voice.

"AJ, wake up and pay attention.  We already finish that part of the dance we're moving on."

"Sorry, I wasn't here for a minute."

"When are you ever here with us?" said Nick.

Which cause everyone to laugh even Howie and Alexanderia.

"Very funny Nick" and he picked up Alexanderia "And I thought that you would be here on my side."  Alexanderia shugged her shoulders this made everyone laugh again including AJ.  "Okay fine, gang up on me just like everyone else.  I understand."  She gave AJ a hug "Okay that makes it all better."  Which cause a smile to come on Alexanderia face the first real one in a long time.

"Okay time to get back to work guys" said Fatima putting the music back on.

They practice until noon when they decided to take their lunch and shower and changed before the woman came to be interview.

Alexanderia ate her lunch again and Brian still was bugging AJ about not feeding her healthier.  AJ was trying not to pay any attention to Brian "Look Brian, we didn't have time to make anything better we left the house.  And besides Chinese Food isn't that bad for you."  Brian shook his head and slipped Alexanderia some vegetables when AJ wasn't looking.  Brian also decided that he should talk to Howie if AJ wasn't going to listen to him.  As soon as Howie came back from his shower and dressed Brian ran right to him.

"Howie, can I talk to you for a minute?"

"Yeah sure, what's on you mind?"

"Don't you think that you guys should be feeding Alexanderia some healthier food.  I mean yesterday Pizza and today Chinese Food."

"Let guess, you try speaking to my other half and he blow you off again.  Look Brian I think we know what to feed Alexanderia and it's not like we are giving her junk food for every meal.  You saw her snacks they are fruit or pudding or Jell-O.  Just leave it alone Bri, okay?"

"Whatever you say Howie, I'm just looking out for her health."

"Thanks Bri, but I think we have it under control.  But if you will excuse me I like to spend some time with my daughter."  Howie left and went to sit with AJ and Alexanderia and she gave him a hug when she saw him.

"What is this for? I wasn't gone that long."

"Um guys we should moving into the boardroom, the woman she should be here any minute" said Kevin.

Howie picked up Alexanderia and they move to the boardroom Alexanderia was sitting at the end with Howie.  She was playing with the doll that Brian and Leighanne gave her.

At exactly one o'clock a woman around the age of sixty walked into the room.

"Is this where I'm suppose to be.  I was told to be here at one to be inform about my duties of taking care of one..." and she took a piece of paper out of her purse.  "Yes, of taking care of one Alexanderia McLean."  

"Yes, Yes you are in the right place.  Why don't you have a sit right here and we can start this meeting" said Kevin.

The woman sat down and looked at the guys.  She couldn't believe that she would be working for them, taking orders from them.  She had grandchildren their ages.

"Okay let me introduce myself my name is Mrs. Betty Doubtfire."

Nick whisper to Brian "Wasn't that the name of Robin William's character when he dresses up as an old woman to take care of his kids."  Brian nodded his head with a smile and they both tried not to laugh.  Kevin shot them a dirty look.

"Well Betty, are management believes that you are very the right person for this job but as Alexanderia is my daughter I would like to make sure of this."

Betty Doubtfire didn't like this.  She thought to herself 'who does this little kid thing he is.  I'm more suited for the job then he is and he has the nerve to call me Betty.'

"Well Mr. McLean, I have been taken care of kids ever since I was twelve years and can you call me Mrs. Doubtfire."

"Fine, MRS. DOUBTFIRE; okay has management filled you in on what you get and your job exactly."

"No they haven't they said that you will be taking care of the job description in more detail."

Just then Alexanderia dropped her doll and it made a loud sound.  Betty Doubtfire for the first time notices that Alexanderia was in the room.  She thought to herself 'what is this little girl doing among grownups business.  She shouldn't be here.  Well we will see how she behaves once she is in my care.' Howie picked up the doll for Alexanderia.

"Yes, okay well before we start, how much did management tell you about our situation?" asked Howie.

"They made me sign a confidentiality agreement even before I did the interview.  They told me that they needed someone to look after Mr. McLean's daughter while he was working on tour."

Howie looked at AJ to see who would explain the details to her and AJ nodded and said that he will.

"Well Mrs. Doubtfire, Alexanderia is mine and Howie's daughter.  And right as you well know no one knows about us expect for some people that work with us that we trust.  So that is the reason why we made you sign the confidentiality agreement.  Do you have any problems with us being together and having a daughter?"

While AJ was explaining this Betty Doubtfire facial expression remain the same but inside she was thinking to herself.  'Thank God I arrived here in times this poor girl.  She needs my help really badly.'

"I have no problem with that at all."

"Very well then, you will have your own tour bus and your own hotel room.  Alexanderia will only stay with you over night if we are only spending one night in a town or if we have to get up early in the morning because we will usually come and get her after a show.  Ever night that we don't have a concert it is your night off plus Sunday.  You will be paid every two weeks and you will receive $1500 per week.  Are there any questions?"

"No I think that I understand everything."

AJ looked at the rest of the guys to see if they had any questions.  They shook their heads no.  They stood up to shake her hand and Kevin said "Well welcome to the Backstreet family."

"Thank you" said with a fake smile.

"Why don't you come back next Thursday at the same time so you can get to know Alexanderia?" said Howie.

"Sure."

"We'll see you then, bye," they all said.

When they were sure that she was gone Nick and Brian started to crack up.  

"And what is so funny, you two couldn't keep a straight face through out the meeting" said Kevin.

"Don't you get it Mrs. Doubtfire?" said Nick.

Kevin, AJ and Howie gave him funny looks.

"Come on Bri, Help me out" "Okay, don't you guys remember the movie Mrs. Doubtfire with Robin Williams and he dress up like an old woman so he can take care of his guys."

Kevin, AJ and Howie got up and they started to laugh as well.  Alexanderia looked at them like they were weird which just cause they all to laugh even harder.  

"I think that we should call it a day?" said Brian.  

"You read my mind, see you guys tomorrow" sad Nick getting up and leaving just in case they decide to change their minds.

Howie and AJ got Alexanderia's stuff and they left as well.  Followed by Kevin and Brian.
