In there, it states: "That if your home is vacant for 60 days or more all coverage on the home against Fire, Theft, Vandels, etc will be VOID." THIS INCLUDES REBUILDING, REMOLDING, VACATIONS, WINTER HOMES ETC. ******* FORCLOSURES BANKS can get their own Insurance on Forclosed homes. It's called "Forced-Place" Insurance.
