Name: Michelle, Madam Malicia in the fandom. My fandom name comes from a semi-character I made up for my fan fic, Manipulations. I started writing that story before I became active in the fandom and when it was time to get a user name I took Madam Malicia because I liked it.
Age: Chronilogially, I am 24 soon to be 25, but sometimes I feel like a little teenaged girl for squeeling over things like Harry Potter and Sailor Moon. Other times I feel like an old man because I like to sit on porches and play canasta or wittle wood(Don't look at me like that. Wittling is fun!) as I talk about how things were in the good old days.
Interests: Harry Potter, of course. Music ( I like just about everything but have a particular fondness for classic rock, gangsta rap, funk and Motown.), Reality TV shows, especially Survivor and The Mole (I wish they would bring that back.) Web Design, Internet Surfing, Chain smoking, Wittling, Cooking, Writing about young gay boys in love, Pottery, Taoism, Older men, Everything 80s, Soap Operas, Hating Hilary Duff, Reading, Ambigrams...oh I could go on forever, let's stop here.
Favorite kinds of HP fanfic: I mostly read slash and gen. Though I have been known to read the occasional het if it has an interesting premise. I especially like well done AUs, though I will read any AU as long as its not completely heinous. I also like time traveling fics, MPREG (as long as they don't turn the pregnant male into the sterotypical moody woman), angsty break-up fics, first time fics, and parodies. There aren't any kinds of fic I really dislike though I never read pure smut fics and I always skip over the sex scenes in NC-17 fics unless they are funny.
Favorite Pairings: Even though I mostly read and write Harry/Draco, my favorite pairing is Sirius/Severus. I also like Harry/Sirius, Harry/Lucius, Harry/Severus, Harry/Ron (if it's angsty), Draco/Lucius, Draco/Neville, and it seems that I am the only fan of Draco/Dudley on Live Journal. I also like Millicent femmeslash as long as she is paired with anyone but Hermione.
