| F1 Grand Prix is going to mark a historical event in China this wee- kend in Shanghai. Jimmy who is going to take part in the race is to- o excited for words, but he said si- mply, "This time, I'm just the supp- orting role. Michael Schumacher and other international renowned racers are all coming, so for now I shall be a fan." These 2 days, Jimmy returned to Taipei and was busy preparing ra- cing needs of all sorts, "Mini TV, flag, umbrella, etc..., whatever a fan should do, I've got them prep- ared." Jimmy is in high spirits and doesn't mind even though it tires him out. He said, "Although I am already a professional car racer, I have a racing team that I support in my heart, and I also have my own idol. To be able to take part in their presence, I'm really thrill- ed." Last month, Jimmy achieved 8th position in a race in Shanghai and was quite satisfied. In this week's coming Grand Prix, not only is it t- he first time for China, it is also th- e first time for Jimmy. "Although I am not going to participate in the |

Lately, Jimmy was suppose to make an appearance with the y- ounger Schumacher in an activit- y, however Schumacher was inj- ured and the event was cancell- ed. This time, from what was kn- own, both older and younger Sc- humacher would be involved in the Grand Prix, and Jimmy is fee- ling very high. He said, "I've drive- n twice in this circuit in Shanghai. Recently I had something on and wasn't able to turn up for the trai- ning, otherwise I would be more well-trained. | Star-chasing, Jimmy's Horsepower To The Fullest |

| In the F1 Grand Prix held in Shan- ghai, Jimmy too, turned into a star chaser. Meeting R. Schumacher, Jimmy immediately took his helm- et requesting for his autograph a- nd a photo taken with him. Especially to be able to endorse the limited edition ORIS watch wi- th R. Schumacher and received 'Ralf Schumacher 1015 Limited E- dition Watch' personally from him, an ecstatic Jimmy said, "15th Oct- ober is my birthday, this watch is absolutely priceless in my eyes." Talking about racing in the new ci- rcuit, Jimmy said rather proudly, "During the inauguration of the cir- cuit in June, I had already raced there. But at that time, not all the tr- acks was fully open for race, only 3/4 of the circuit." Before the F1 race held yesterday afternoon, the "Asian Renault For- mula Challenge" was also held on the same circuit. Two days ag- o, Jimmy achieved 16th in the qu- alifying race and managed to sur- passed forward to 10th position in the final round, but at the last lap, he was overtaken and lagged to 11th. Jimmy said laughingly, "At the last lap, there were friends wa- ving to me and I waved back, thus I missed one position due to my distraction. But to be able to finish the race of 15 laps, it felt really exhilarating. |

| F1 In The Heat, Jimmy Racing In The Same Land |
| With the Grand Prix fever rising in Shanghai, Jimmy also participate- d in the 'Renault Formula Asian Challenge", and met up with Willi- am's racer, Ralf Schumacher in a press conference. While Ralf Sch- umacher was signing on Jimmy's helmet, Jimmy said excitedly, "I'm going to preserve this, absolutely not putting this on!" Yesterday, Jimmy achieved 11th in the Renault Formula challenge. He expressed that he had only pr- actised for half an hour last Friday. "I was placed in 16th in the qualif- ying round and during the final ro- und, I got 11th among 30 particip- ators, I considered that not bad." Jimmy said that Renault Formula and F1 was held in the same cir- cuit. "It's really exhilarating, espe- cially those high speed S bends, the neck region has to bear the four G forces, almost 30kg. After the course, it was really aching and I immediately got someone to massage." He said that curren- tly, F1 to him is still a faraway dream. (27/09/2004) |

| Mischievous Student Of The Past Feels Grateful Today |
| Since young, Jimmy has been a smart and mischievous kid, and he was a problematic student in the eyes of the teachers. In Hwa Kang Arts School which was his alma mater, he was almost exp- elled for breaking the school rul- es. Fortunately, the principal and head of department (HOD), Mr Zheng and Mr Lin kept him, allo- wing Jimmy to graduate smoot- hly. Thinking back to the past, Ji- mmy said, "I really feel very grat- eful towards them." Jimmy started out early in show- biz, but on the other hand, due to his mischievousness and intelli- gence, he became a headache among his teachers. |
| In school, not only did he went to the rooftop of the classroom to set the fireworks alit, scaring the teachers and students in the wh- ole school out of their wits in the middle of an examination. Under the age of 18, he even rode a mo- torcycle within the school compo- und without a licence. Such an ar- rogant action angered the discipl- ine master. After getting caught several times, Jimmy not only fac- ed detention but also faced expul- sion. Eventually, Principal Zheng and HOD, Mr Lin felt that Jimmy is a capable student, did not have the heart to give up on him and decided to punish Jimmy to make up for his mistakes. | er tasks to amend his wrongdoings. This then allow Jimmy to stay on and smoothly com- plete his studies. Thinking back to this period of school life, Jimmy said laughingly,"That time, I was young and oblivious, more- over I was at the rebellious stage, creating a lot of trou- ble for the teachers. Therefore, I am very grateful to the principal and HOD for giving me a chance, not particular of the past, allow- ing me to graduate smoot- hly.
