| Yesterday afternoon, Jimmy appeared in Han Kou Event square for 3 minutes, while the huge crowds of fans had a tough time waiting for mo- re than 1 hour, and created quite a traffic disorder. Jimmy was there to promote for a brand of ice popsicles. At 14th min, the event squa- re was already filled with th- ousands of audiences. So- me fans were waiting patie- ntly with bouquets of flowers in the hands. The security guards were overwhelmed by the crowds, and had to u- se ropes to open up a path for the movements of the w- orkers. | Yesterday, Jimmy was 'freed' from the team of the recently completed serial 'TLBB' and made his appearance in Wuhan city. He was the sp- okesperson for a brand of ice popsicles. Jimmy is already nearing 30, but his babyface looks makes him look like a teenager. In Gu Long's 'JDSJ', Jimmy acted as the impish and playful Xiao Yuer. In Jin Yong's 'TLBB', he act- ed in the leading role of Duan Yu. Jimmy felt that the similarities of both characters are that they are both kind-hearted and bossy. He had watched the previous adaptation of 'TLBB' and he likes the silly and strai- ght-forward personality of Duan Yu. He praised that Liu Yi Fei from Wuhan is very pretty, no wonder Duan Yu would turn so shy and tongue-tied when he see Wang Yu Yan. In Jimmy's impression, Liu Yi Fei is a newcomer, innocent, simple, clean-cut, and as she just started in this circle, haven't faced with the many showbiz happenings, she is very suitable for this ro- le. Jimmy is very confident with this version of TLBB, and said that this is his most satisfying project, giving himself 90 marks for his performance. Because of the clash with his acting schedules and serious piracy in the music market, Jimmy had been releasing fewer albums. His new album would be release in October together with TLBB. Most satisfied with 'Duan Yu' Many people's impression of Jim- my was still the 17 year old young teenager, that was also the period when he was most pop- ular. These few years, from the different images he portrayed in the series of swordfighting drama serials, it's still difficult to link his looks to 'maturity'.
