Nucleic acids are very hard to find in foods.  Nucleic acids are present in food, but, their amounts are so small that they are not  listed on the labels.

When a person ages, he or she begin to get wrinkles.  The reason a person starts to wrinkle is thought to be because of a lose of DNA and RNA.  With diet and excercise, the process of wrinkling can be slowed.  The following foods are a good source of nucleic acids:

Seafood:
   Lobster
    Shrimp
    Clam
    Sardines
Vegetables:
    Spinach
    Celery
    Radishes
    Asparagus
    Onions
Soy Products
