| Nucleic acids are very hard to find in foods. Nucleic acids are present in food, but, their amounts are so small that they are not listed on the labels. When a person ages, he or she begin to get wrinkles. The reason a person starts to wrinkle is thought to be because of a lose of DNA and RNA. With diet and excercise, the process of wrinkling can be slowed.
