The upstairs bathroom was our project for the summer of 2005, well more accurately, the year of 2005. We completely gutted it shortly after the Superbowl and had it functioning by September. The custom trim isn't finished yet in the photos. That will take some time. The project included complete demolition, insulation, some plumbing and electrical work, new subfloor, drywall, taping and mudding, a floor heating system, new fixtures, new toilet and sink, refinishing the tub (the inside refinish was the only project hired out), tiling, painting and a custom shower curtain rod. Not to mention a little stress and a few electrical shocks!
