The XXXXX Fire Prevention Management Plan is designed to manage and maintain a safe environment for all patients, staff, and visitors. All XXXXX buildings must pass inspections for compliance with laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. We accomplish this through design and construction review for all construction and renovation and inspections of fire alarm and protection systems. Departmental Managers are required for developing unit/department specific emergency plans in the event of a fire. This plan must contain area specific procedures to ensure the safe evacuation and relocation of patients, staff, and visitors in an emergency situation. All staff members are responsible for learning and following job and task specific procedures in the event of a fire emergency. Everyone should know:
