Dipika's mother Pushpa Rajgarhia was a from a very poor family. Her father married her for money to a old wealthy man. Dipika's mother stayed with his first husband for a couple of years and then stole jwelery and cash from his first husband's house and ran away and started prostitution in Munger and Bhagalpur area. Deviprasad Rajgarhia who was 60 at that time became a regular client of her. She convinced Devi prasad to marry her posing that she was pregnant from him.

Devi prasad Rajgarhia at the time of his second marriage was a father of 5 married daughter and one teenage daughter, along with 10 grand children. His eldest grand daughter was even married before his second marriage. He got a stiff resistance from his family but his brother badri prasad rajgarhia supported him and he married Pushpa Rajgarhia. Pusha Rajgarhia married for the second time even before taking the divorce from her first husband.

Pushpa had 3 children from her second marriage. Dipika, Munna and Sonu Rajgarhia. People close to the family say that biological father of all these 3 is badri rajgarhia, younger brother of Deviprasad Rajgarhia.

Puspa’s sister was also married to a wealthy family of Allahabad for money. The person she was married to 25 years ago is bed ridden before her marriage till today because of chronic diseases. She has a son and daughter. The biological fathers of these children are not known. According to the doctors pusha’s sister husband does not have the ability to have kids.
