Web Review Application
Web reviews are a convenient, easy way to get some extra credit in class. Web reviews are also a useful way to help you develop improved study skills. However web reviews are subject to certain rules.
1. Web reviews may not be turned in during the last week of the grading period.
2. Web reviews must be approved by your teacher in advance.
This form is the approval form which should be submitted before doing your reviews.
