4) Your name and the address where you require the painting to be sent
Put this information in an e-mail and I will get back to you with details of how you can pay. I will accept payment by Paypal or cheque (by arrangement).
Once payment is cleared I will then post the picture(s) to you by standard parcel post
Multiple orders will be dispatched as separate parcels to minimize risk of damage to contents. I cannot send framed pictures that have glass in them outside the UK so prices for any pictures for overseas customers that would otherwise be sold framed will only be sold as mounted, ready to frame and this will result in a reduced price for the item. I will contact the buyer when the order is received to confirm the new price if this is the case. Since the postage is likely to cost more than inland rates, overseas postage prices will be confirmed before the parcel is sent via e-mail.
Refunds will only be given if a picture arrives in less than perfect condition and only if it is returned within 14 days. All paintings are 'sold as seen'. No further correspondance will be entered into after 14 days have elapsed after you receive your painting.
