Happy is the one who is able to take his wishes into the right relations to his possibilities.
The poorest man is the man with most wishes. The richest man is the man with most simple needs.
Be supple and go flexible through the life. The storm breaks a strong, rigid tree. The hollow blade of grass buckles and comes undamaged through the worst thunderstorm. As said the blade of grass is hollow inside. This makes its flexibility and its strength. Look at your wishes. Wishes let stiffen you. By wishes you are aligned to an aim which you would like to accomplish necessarily. Empty yourself. Wonder what you really need, what causes you joy with little effort and what is superfluous. Sort out well. Give up your superfluous wishes. Realize they don't bring you any fulfilment - and you get flexible. They prevent you from finding yourself. The self is supple. The wishes are rigid. Make yourself lighter. Become bendable and get flexible around the curves of the life.
