You should go to Wonderland when there is the least amount of people there. You will enjoy minimal crowds, short to no lineups, and will be able to get on more rides and attractions in less time. I recommend going in late spring after the first crowds go and before schools out and the summer crowds go. Early fall after the summer rush and before the end of the season is also good. If it's a day where it's cloudy or rainy, or there is a chance of showers according to the weather forecast, then it's still ok. Those days can actually be some of the best days to go because of the short lines, and there will be less people overall in the park. Earlier in the week (like Monday and Tuesday) also tend to be quiter, as well as Friday evenings when it's the start of the weekend and people have other entertainment actitives.

Regardless if it's raining or not the park remains open and most of the rides (including the major coasters) continue running. Only if there are high winds, thunderstorms, or other forms of extreme weather will rides be closed temporarily. If you're unable to ride for a while just go in any one of the many restaurants to get a bite to eat or shop in one of the boutiques for a souvenier or two. You can also play games in the arcade, and they'll surely keep you entertained for a long time. In addition there are shows throughout the park that run on regular schedules daily, including shows in the Playhouse Theatre in Kidville, Wonder Mountain, and Arthur's Baye and the Paramount Theatre in Medieval Faire.

You should bring a jacket or sweatshirt beacuse the nights can get cool sometimes. It's also a good idea to bring those if you wish to go on the water rides, because you don't want to be wet and uncomfortable all day. Some of the rides like White Water Canyon and Timberwolf Falls can really soak you.

Bring a camera if you want to take pictures of the park. Great places to take pictures can be found wherever you see 'Kodak Photo Spot' signs. You can also take pictures thoughout the park and on the rides if you want to, but you should ask first and it's your own risk if you loose any equipment. You will most likely have to have a strap attached to the camera so that it won't slip from your hands at any point on the rides.

Bring sunscreen, a sun hat or visor, and water bottles or sports drinks to protect yourself from the sun's heat and dehydration effects. Bring your bathing attire, towel, goggles, and such if you would like to go to the Splash Works water park.

You might also want to pack your lunch if you don't want to buy one there as the prices can be expensive.

Wear cotton clothing for water rides such as White Waater Canyon and Timberwolf Falls because it's light and dries quickly. You might want to carry a second pair of socks. Wear comfy, broken-in shoes, because while dressy shoes such as high heels might be attractive they will not be very comfortable for you walking around the park, and trust me there is a lot of walking to be done.
