| Located inside the Park's front gate entrance, guest services offers Go bus tickets, information about the park, a mesage centre, a lost children's area, and a lost and found. Lost Children The Lost Children is located at Guest Services. If your child is lost, alert Guest Services and together with our security personnel, we will work to help re-unite you as quickly as possible. Security officers are immediately given a description of any lost child. You should encourage your children to find a Security Officer or any Park employee should they become lost. First Aid Our First Aid Centre is located in Medieval Faire beside Spinovator. The First Aid Centre is fully equipped with trained personnel and emergency supplies. Security personnel are also on duty throughout the Park and are trained in basic first aid. No Smoking Smoking is prohibited in any building, including all shops, theatres and restaurants. Smoking is also not permitted in any ride line. Infant Care If you need a quiet moment for changing or feeding, there are two Infant Care Centres for your convenience. One is located beside First Aid in Medieval Faire and the other is in the Palace in KidZville. Pet Care Pets are not allowed in the Park. For your pet's comfort, there is an air-conditioned kennel located at Front Gate for a nominal fee. You must also walk and feed your pet throughout the day and all pets must be picked up prior to the Park closing. Inclement Weather & Safety In certain cercumstances, rides may need to shut down for a period of time for the safety of their guests. Paramount Canada's Wonderland states that they cannot be responsible for rain, storms, high wind, lighting and therefore they do not issue rain cheques. |
| The rules & regulations established by Paramount Canada's Wonderland are in place to ensure that every guest has a pleasant and safe visit. Any behaviour that disrupts another guest's enjoyment of Paramount Canada's Wonderland or breaks any Federal or Provincial law, or City of Vaughan by-law, will result in immediate ejection from the park without refund, and may lead to prosecution. Both uniformed and non-uniformed Police and Security staff patrol the parking lot, the Park, and Kingswood Music Theatre to ensure that all such laws are observed. Provincial law prohibits the drinking of alcoholic beverages in the parking lots whether you are in a vehicle or not. For the health of all guests, smoking is prohibited in any building, including all theatres, shops and restaurants. Smoking is also not permitted in any ride queue-line. Abusive behaviour, entering restricted areas, queue-line jumping, theft, the use of fraud or deceit while purchasing or presenting tickets or handstamps, fighting, or other disruptive actions, will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from Park property and/or legal prosecution. Running, spitting or throwing objects is not allowed. Shirts & shoes are required at all times, except when in Splash Works where appropriate bathing attire must be worn. | Cameras or video recording devices may not be used at specified attractions or Kingswood Music Theatre. No flash photography permitted at Paramount Theatre. To ensure public safety, you may be requested to display the contents of any package, parcel or item in your possession. By law you do not have to comply with this request, but admission to the Park and/or Kingswood Music Theatre may be denied if you refuse. |
