| Dragon Fire - a pretty good coaster. It has two loops and a short corkscrews. It's an ok warm-up or just to get the coaster fright out of your system. Shorter people might get their heads banged aroudn a little. Recommended 7/10 The Rage - basically it's just a big swing. I would recommend that you sit on the ends because it's pretty lame, so try to make the best of it. I wouldn't recommend you go on after eating. If you're under-weight, or just thin, you'll get lifted off your seat. Barely recommended. 5/10 Wilde Beast - a really good coaster. It is made of wood, so ti has no loops or barrel loops or corkscrews or anything liek that. At two points it adds a thrill of making you think you're gonna hit your head! Definately recommended. 8/10 Nightmares - a perfect ride for those who think the laws of gravity don't work. It looks like a side-ways ferris wheel. You just stand in, close the door and, if you don't believe in centripepital force, hold on to the bars. It just spins around for a little while, then slowly goes higher and higher, steeper and steeper until it reaches 90 degrees with you standing in it. Recommended. 5/10 Drop Zone - a pretty good ride. Takes you up 24 stories, lets you enjoy the view for a few seconds, then you free fall. The reason it's called Drop Zone is because it is divided up into colour-coded zones. The higest being green and the lowest being purple. You free fall until you reach the purple zone. That is when the powerful electro-magnets are turned on, and bring you to a complete stop. That is exactly why it is not safe for people with pacemakers. Recommended. 9/10 The Fly - The only thing that sets this ride apart from a kiddie ride is the sharp, hairpin turns. It is just a regular coaster. It has cars that hold up to four people each. It climbs up a lift chain, turns sharply, goes down, goes straight, a few more turns, up, down, soem more turns and finished. Not really recommended. 4/10 Shockwave - an absolutely crazy ride! You go spinning in so many directions. It has a large beam, which has a large motor at one end. There is a circle attached to the motor, with rods sticking out of the circle. From those rods, there are seats hanging. Each rod also spins on its own. So the motor from the beam is spinning the rods with the seats hanging from the rods AND the rods are spinning independently! By the way, you go through this whole ordeal while your feet are dangling 70 feet in the air. Some ride! Highly recommended. 10/10 Cliffhanger - it is a pretty good ride, similar to Shockwave, but a little less exciting. It doesn't spin as fast or go as high, BUT it has a special twist, that just might make up for it. While you're spinnign around, it shouts a wall of water that you go right through! Does it make up for it? I fit does, this ride is recommended. If you do not liek to get wet in your regular clothes, then it is not recommended. I feel Shockwave is a good subsitute. 7/10 The Bat - an okay coaster. You sit in the train, then get pulled up by a metal cable. After a while, you are released and get sent falling forward. You go through two partial loops then a full loop. Then just as you're about to fall backwards, you are caught by a chain lift and pulled up like before. Only this tiem backwards! So you go through everything backwards and then the ride ends. Recommended. 6/10 Vortex - an awsome coaster! You sit in a train that rather than sits on the track, HANGS from the track! It goes up, around part of the Wonderland mountain, and comes down, and twists and turns and all sorts of fun, exciting things! Highly recommended. 9/10 Skyrider - the only stand-up coaste rin the park. It has shoulder pads and a lap-bar for complete safety. It also has a bike seat for optional sitting on, if you don't like the idea of standing. It still looks like you're standing so don't worry. You go up, turn, down, some loops, sideways loops, a few hills, then it ends. I may make it sound boring, but don't be fooled. Highly recommended. 8/10 The Mighty Canadian Minebuster - Minebuster (for short) is basically a bigger version of Wild Beast. You go much higher, the fall is a bit steeper, it also makes you feel like you're gonna hit your head... on the water slides! It is behind Splash Works, the water park. Picture this (or a look at the map.) is starts before the water park, and stretches after it! Close to the end, to live up to its name, you go through a mineshaft or tunnel. Also highly recommended. 9/10 Top Gun - a really crazy coaster! It does everything you could imagine a coaster would do (btu safely of course.) it goes up, down, and into an amazing arsenal of heart loops, vertical loops, barrel rolls, and corkscrews. HIGHLY recommended. 9/10 7th Portal - Stan Lee describes it as the X-Men of the Internet. Best of all (an dworst of all for some people) it's all 3-D! When you start off, a computer monitor appears in your face and says "loading." Then you see a red bird-woman and a white woman dressed in blue. The bird-woman, Vultura, sees the audience and wants to kill them. Unfortunately, that's you! Then her claws come so close to your face and it looks like she's gonna cut your nose off if she gets any lcoser! That's all I'm gonna say. Highly recommended. 9/10 - written by coasterKnight |
