We have lots of questions we would like to know about you.  We have added our answers too so you can learn about us.
What are your houses made of?
Our houses are made out of brick, wood, stones, rocks and cement.
Our houses are made of bricks and cement with tiles or corrugated iron roofs.
Where do you sleep?

We sleep in beds, often sharing a bedroom with a brother or sister.
We sleep in beds too.  Some of us have bunk beds.
What are your clothes like? Does your culture have special costumes?

We don't think of our clothing styles as costumes but we do dress up for holidays. We dress up in all sorts of costumes for Halloween.
We wear the same clothes as you.  In the pioneer times we have some unique clothes.  The akubra hat is now a symbol of Australia and a popular souvenir.  The cork hat keeps the flies away.  A drizabone is a tough raincoat.  Nowadays we love our favourite sports teams uniforms.
What native animals do you have/see?
Native animals in our area are moose, deer, skunks, raccoons, rabbits, Canadian Geese, trout beaver, squirrels, garden snake, red-winged blackbirds, coyotes, foxes, and falcons (a falcon is part of our school logo.)
Australia has some very usual animals that aren't found anywhere else in the world.  You have probaly heard of koalas, kangaroos but how about wombats, emus, kookaburras, frilled neck lizards, goannas, numbats.  Around our school we mostly see birds like magpies, galahs, wattle birds and "28" parrots.
What Specials classes do you have? (art, music, P.E., etc.)

Specials classes we have are Library, Computers (when they aren't being used for testing), Art, P.E., and music (taught by one of our parents).
We also go to other teachers for Art, Phys. Ed and Music.  We visit the library to borrow a new book each week with our teacher.  We can borrow a trolley of laptops to use in our classroom as well as having 2 PCs in our classroom and an interactive whiteboard.
