Beloved Students Welcone to the University of Cebu The University of Cebu is the fastest growing university, if not the most dynamic, among all universities in the city of Cebu. Previously known as the Cebu College of Commerce when it opened its door in 1964, it became the Cebu Central Colleges in 1972. Then, in 1992, it changed its name and status to the University of Cebu as a testament of its desite to provide you with the best education. UC shall, indeed work towards giving you the best education. Much of the task, however, depend on you, on your capacity to give yourself to your assignments and in your willingness to get involved in many curricular activities. UC, therefore, hopes that you will give yourself generously to the rigor of daily classroom works and the demands of learning.
