Vision

  An empowered community of persons who, through character formation and academic excellence, contributes to the development of the society.

mission

  UC - LM is an educational community that recognizes the role of education on universal values in ensuring quality life for all.

Goals

  Consistent with mission, the university aims to:

  1. Produce graduates equipped with competencies and skills that meet the demands of the global market;

  2. Provide the best education to all through quality instruction and flexible and dynamic curriculum;

  3. Inculate moral, ethical and aesthetic values to the students as citizens of the Philippines and the world with the end in view of producing men and women of character;

  4. Develop capabilities in research building and development, appreciation of culture and arts, and athletic skills through formal and alternative modes of education;

  5. Organize activities on community building and development, environmental protection and preservation, as well as, promotion of community spirit;
  6. Achieve Level II accreditation status by the year 2007.
