Step: Cheap Cleaning Get a spray bottle and fill it with half viniger and half water. And thats all you need to spray your windows! Works just as good as windex or other brands!

Step: Streak Free If you want steak free without scrubbing and scrubbing its pretty simple. All you do is use newspaper to wipe your windows! Dont worry, the ink WILL NOT come off the paper! Or, you can use coffee filter, Ive heard these work just as well, but Ive never tried!

The reason paper towels leave streaks is because they have a kind of glue to hold the paper towels together, this glue leaves the streaks thats why when you use them you always find yourself using a completely dry paper towel to get rid of those streaks. The newspaper and coffee filters dont have this glueish film.
