Dear All in 4A, Thank you for your card. Really feel great to receive your well wishes and warm regards on Teachers Day. My family and I, a group of three, left for Hokkaido, Japan after my retirement for a free and easy tour for 18 days. For the hot spring spa is good to my knee pain and at the same time to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lavender flower I have long waited for. It blooms only around July. I was also able to see the different species of lily, the beautiful waves produced by the wheat when the wind blows in the form of longitudinal waves (Sorry, not Physics again!) It is a real tranquil scene! The lavender flower season, which creates a tourism session in this part of the town. This town is called Furano. In Europe, lavender is cultivated for its commercial value only, for it can be made into cosmetics, air refresher, and drinks. But here, in addition, the Japanese have turned it into a tourist attraction. They planted it in such a way it looks so grand and beautiful. Perhaps if you look at the photos I attached, you might agree with me. (Imagine you can't get a room if you do not make reservation 2 months ahead!) This is innovation! Turn something that is a common sight into an attraction. They even created a temporary station for the train to stop near the farm. This makes it very convenient to visit the farm, and the train used is a sight seeing train with open window and no walls. I think I have to stop here, because I know you all will have your Prelim after the holidays. Do work hard and strive for a better result. Remember, to success in your career, a good result is not sufficient. You must think differently! Wish you all success and best of luck, Lam Hock Ying. P.S.
