Well we thought you might want to know something about the two of us.  We met several years ago when we became neighbors here in south Texas.  Since we both married into the US Navy and our husbands are gone most of the time, as most sailors are; so we began to look for ways to entertain ourselves.  We are stay at home mom's, Jennifer has two girls and Melissa has one boy; the three of them have been together since Tyler was born so he thinks they are his sisters.  We have done just about everything--ceramics, scrapbooking, sewing, and then we discovered quilting!
Pretty soon it was rare to see one of us without a quilt in our laps.  As soon as we would sit, we would pick up a quilt.  Jennifer made quilts for her girls new beds, Melissa made one for her husband.  Pretty soon the other sailors from the ships started seeing what we were doing, and they wanted some for their racks.  They told us it was like a little piece of home while they were away.  Then we got the idea of making this a full time thing.  So when you get a quilt from us, think of it as just a little piece of home from our hands to your hearts.
