well this was not a boring saturday but it sure wasn't a fun one either. very very very sick - unable to eat and unable to sit up for more than a few minutes at a time, and hallucinations from lack of proper sleep... anti-d's really mess with our ability to experience "deep" sleep, so it doesn't matter if we've been asleep for eight hours or two hours - we still feel as if we have not slept. and the night terrors have been terrible all week, and really messing with our collective picture of reality.... after awhile it becomes really hard to distinguish what is a dream and what is really happening.

and also more fighting with the SO. he's mad at us now for being multi. go figure. he yelled at me last night for saying "she" in reference to leslie. apparently i am supposed to say "I" even when i mean someone else.

how the hell could he be just clueing in now that we are not all leslies? i mean i know about delayed reaction but.... three years after the fact?

so that was our saturday. seeing bugs on the walls, throwing up, sleeping, and fighting. yee haw.

BLEH was that ever whiny, eh? i figure i deserve a good whine.

we're better today, taking extra xanax to improve sleep and stay calm. not seeing any bugs today so that's a relief. taking gravol with the zantac and feeling less sick, but more sleepy. our best friend just came to visit for the afternoon which is a wonderful thing.... there's nothing like honest, unrestricted conversation to lift your spirits. i'm looking forward to moving in with her. it will be good to share living space with someone who understands our issues (and shares some of them too!). we can feel good about supporting her in her efforts to grow as well as be comforted by the support she has always given us.

thats our weekend in a nutshell. they aren't usually like this, they're usually pretty quiet with the exception of visits from the kidlet, which didn't happen this weekend cause we were too sick :( oh well, i think we will pick her up after school tomorrow instead. she's busy today socializing with her new friend Kwaanza, who is the most gorgeous ten-year old boy i have ever seen.... he has big brown eyes and long curly hair right down to his little bum hehe :) she has good taste in boys already :)

Quote of the day:
"The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four
Americans is suffering from some form of mental illness. Think
of your three best friends. If they're okay, then it's you."
